Neely has been a self-published author since 2008. After getting rejected by 17 literary agencies, she decided that the self-publishing route was the way to go (thanks to a recommendation from her favorite author, Shellie R. Warren). Neely managed to comb through the trenches of the Internet to achieve her life's dream of becoming a published author. After years of research and gainful experience, she has been supporting countless aspiring writers to become published.

Neely has hosted writing workshops, book signings, book talks, and others event. Not only does she know books as an author and self-publishing expert, but she is a full-time school librarian. SHE KNOWS BOOKS.
